"Today is the Day For Salvation!" If you do not know Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Saviour, please do not put off today this Great Gift from God. You can know today beyond a shadow of a doubt where you will spend eternity. The simple facts and steps below can give you a peace beyond all understanding, and 100% assuredness of salvation.

Why We Need To Be Saved

1. We are all sinners.
Romans 3:23 "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God".
Romans 5:12 "Therefore, just as sin came into the world through one man, and death through sin, and so death spread to all men because all sinned -"

2. The penalty (punishment) for sin is death!
Romans 6:23 "For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."
Hebrews 9:27 "And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment."

How This Is Made Possible

3. God's Love For Us.
John 3:16 "For God so loved the world, that he gave His only Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish, but have eternal life."

4. Christ died on the Cross for our sins!
Romans 5:8 "But God shows His love toward us, in that, while we were still sinners, Christ died for us."

It doesn't matter what you have done, how bad you think you have been, or that no one could love someone like yourself, God does, and so much so, that he gave His Only Son, to die for your sins that you might have eternal life, a home in Heaven, and a joyful life worth living!

How To Accept This Free Gift From God!

5. We must receive His free gift of salvation!
Romans 10:9-10 "If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved."
Romans 10:13 "For everyone who calls upon the name of the Lord will be saved."

Salvation is a free gift from God and cannot be obtained through any other means. You cannot work your way to Heaven; You cannot buy your way into Heaven; Nothing you can do on your own, or by any way or deeds, will get you into Heaven; Just being a good person will not enter you into Heaven. It is a gift that each one of us must receive by the grace of God through faith!

The Bible says in Ephesians 2:8-9 "For by grace you have been saved through faith, and this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God: Not a result of works, so that no one may boast."

The Jailer at Philippi asked Paul and Silas in ACTS 16:30-31 "And brought them out, and said, Sirs what must I do to be saved? And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be saved."

Receiving this free gift of salvation is as simple as bowing your head right now, right where you are and asking for God's Gift Of Salvation

Dear Lord,
I know that I am a sinner, I believe Jesus died on the cross and shed His blood for my sins, was buried and rose from the grave. I ask you now Lord Jesus to come into my heart, and take away my sins, and save my soul. Change my heart and life Lord, to be what you want me to be! I thank you Lord for the forgiveness of my sins, your gift of salvation and everlasting life, because of Your mercy and grace!  Amen

Just take God at his word, and claim His salvation by faith. Believe and you will be saved. God's power will save you, and keep you saved, and help you live a victorious Christian life.

Now That You Are A Born Again Christian

Now that you have this new found faith in our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, there are some steps that you should take to grow in your Christian life:

1 Begin by reading your Bible - Its not how much you read but by reading and applying the precious Word of God to your life on a daily basis.
"How sweet are thy words unto my taste! yea, sweeter than honey to my mouth" (Psalms 119:103)
"As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby" (I Peter 2:2)
"Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path." (Psalms 119:105)

2 Talk to God in Prayer
"Continue in prayer, and watch in the same with thanksgiving" (Colossians 4:2)
"Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God." (Philippians 4:6)
"Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and  watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints; (Ephesians 6:18)
"Pray without ceasing" (I Timothy 2:8)

3 Be Baptized, Fellowship with other Christians in a Church where Jesus Christ is preached, and the Bible is the final authority.

"Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:" (Matthew 28:19)

"Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching." (Hebrews 10:25)

"All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:" (2 Timothy 3:16)

4 Tell Others About Christ.

"For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek." (Romans 1:16) 

Now that your life has been changed, with the peace that comes from knowing the Lord Jesus Christ as your personal Saviour! Tell someone today! Don't keep the "Greatest Gift To Mankind" to yourself. Tell everyone you know how Jesus has changed your life and that they too can come to know this wonderful Lord & Saviour.
